New Adventure

Sometimes God sends us in directions that we never could have thought up ourselves. Our family has begun a new adventure. Mike accepted a teaching position at Taholah School on the Quinault Indian Reservation. We have our farm on the market for sale, however in this economy, who knows how long that will take. We have moved into a little rental house next to the school and have fixed it up to be cheerful. Mike is teaching Highschool Chemistry and Advanced Math. I am enjoying working in the front office as receptionist part-time and assisting in the First Grade. Our baby is in Headstart and all 6 of our other children at home are under the same roof in their various classes. We love the village and the people here. Everyone has welcomed us into their community family. I am planning to continue to my doll business that I love with occasional classes and of course my website. I will be updating that soon with my new address and phone. PO Box 241 Taholah, WA 98587 360-276-0554

I'd love to hear more about the adventure! Sounds like a great place to be.

Love my doll, by the way! She's so cute and looks so much like Ella.

I enjoyed visiting you "on the Rez" (and wherever you may be). It was an interesting little insight and now my family is probably hoping I will quickly get over my "Native American Studies" phase... But it is all rather perplexing to me, the history or lack thereof, you know. I just can't learn enough. And I have a few ideas...
Anyhow, let us know if you'll be passing through Centralia any time soon, because there's a house Mama wants to see, and I want your opinion on Reality Homes.
